About Jenn Toner & SeaQuence Consulting

SeaQuence Consulting was founded by Jenn Toner, a seasoned communications executive with over two decades of experience with Warner Bros. Discovery (previously WarnerMedia and Turner Broadcasting).
 

Jenn was especially known for leading media strategy and communication for the company’s advertising business, culminating annually with the Upfront advertising event and multi-billion dollar negotiations. Over her tenure, she managed communications for numerous ad-supported product launches—including HBO Max—alongside initiatives in data and research, political and advocacy advertising, kids licensing, sports marketing, and entertainment publicity. She also played a key role in navigating change management and internal communications during the AT&T and Discovery mergers. Jenn was deeply involved in sports priorities, notably Turner’s acquisition of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament in partnership with CBS, supporting the NCAA Corporate Champions and Partners program and its advertising, marketing, live concerts, and events. Additionally, she collaborated across departments to execute high-profile industry events such as the Upfront, CES, and Cannes Lions.
 

Driven by a straightforward yet powerful mission, Jenn helps professionals craft clear, concise, and attainable communications strategies that align with their distinct business objectives. Launched in 2024, SeaQuence Consulting has partnered with companies of all sizes around the globe, including:

Since relocating from New York to Sarasota, FL, Jenn volunteers her time to wildlife conservation. She actively volunteers with Mote Aquarium and Laboratory and is a member of Impact 100 SRQ, serving on the committee for Environment, Recreation & Animal Welfare.
